Is this an online program?

Yes it’s a personalised online coaching program with 24/7 support.

Will I still get results if it’s online?

Yes in fact I feel you’ll better results because I’ll get more time to focus on your nutrition, offering support and keeping you accountable which is what will actually get you results.

Will I get enough support from you if it’s online?

Yes in fact most clients probably hear from me to often but I know having a support network and accountability is the key to results. I’m here to make you do it.

Do I get a meal plan?

Yes you get a 28 day meal plan with recipes and shopping list. However I use a flexible dieting approach where you eat the foods you like as long as you stay within your targets. Therefore this meal plan should be used as a guide on how much to eat while tracking your calories.  I’d rather teach you how to track your own food so you can keep your results for life.

How much does it cost?

The program costs $50 AUD per week 

Is there a minimum committment?

Yes it is a 8 week commitment
